 My professional relationship with Fran began in 2014 when we both worked in the Emergency Room at Johnson Memorial Hospital. We both moved on to other opportunities before reconnecting in May 2019 and now, I am the Office Manager for the practice, and we're best friends too! That's what sets our office apart, the connections we make with each other, reflects in the way we work together to care for our patients. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management with a minor in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University. My role is to provide the staff the tools, knowledge, and equipment to excel in patient care while ensuring up-to-date, standard policies and procedures are followed. I do my best to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and dog. We love adventure, watching movies, and traveling. 

I started working with Fran out of high school when the practice was first established, since then our relationship has strengthened as we all work side by side with one another. This has led us all to become best friends in the process! You can find me anywhere & everywhere in the office; in patient room's performing clinical tasks, checking in/out & scheduling appointments, answering the phones, performing authorizations and singing along to disney songs. When I am not working I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with my family. 

 I started working at Bear Pond in 2021 coming from a background of working at a daycare and customer service for over 10yrs. Working in the medical field was not what I had pictured for my future but now I cannot imagine working anywhere else. Bear Pond is not just an office it’s become my family and second home. Not only does the staff make it enjoyable to come to work but our patients do as well. When I am not working, I spend a lot of time outside with my son and dog. We spend a lot of time at the basketball court, baseball fields, hiking, and the beach.

Hello! I am the LPN in the office and happy to be working directly with Fran. I have a bachelors degree from UCONN in Allied Health and began my career as a surgical technician in an outpatient surgery center for 4 years. I went back to school to obtain my License in Practical Nursing from Porter and Chester, and found a home with Bear Pond shortly before I graduated. It has been wonderful getting to know our patients and being a part of the tight knit office family unit. In my spare time you can find me chasing after my son, golfing with my husband or spending time outdoors all year round.

I have been privileged to work in health care for the past 17 years in a variety of Administration support roles.  During that time I worked along side Fran and Desiree at Johnson Memorial in the Emergency Department for many years. It was my previous work at Boston Children’s Hospital that really inspired me to find a home in the Family and Pediatric medicine field. I am very excited to join the Bear Pond family providing billing and administrative support for the team. I may not be in the front of the office, but when I make an appearance every once in a while , I can’t wait to meet all of our patients and their families! When I am not working, I enjoy spending all my time with close friends and family. I am always in search of live music or my next destination to travel to!
