Laboratory Services and Radiology Information

Laboratory Services
We are able to draw your labs in our office. Lab draw hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 - 9:00 am and Thursday from 8:00 - 8:30 am. If you are unable to come during these hours please call our office to schedule a time. Or. you may also take your lab requisition to Quest, Collaborative Laboratory, or Johnson Memorial Hospital to have your lab work performed.

Radiology Information
We use the Radiology Associates of Hartford and Johnson Memorial Hospital to schedule any Radiology testing, unless requested otherwise by the patient.

It is the patients’ responsibility to confirm with the facility their insurance coverage, if the facility is in network with them, and what will be owed by the patient to the facility.

Bear Pond Family Medicine & Pediatrics will handle any pre-certifications required by the insurance company. Please note: this does not always guarantee payment.
