Emergencies and Direct Provider Access

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call "911" and/or go directly to the nearest emergency room, (by ambulance if appropriate), and advise the staff there that you are a patient of Bear Pond Family Medicine & Pediatrics.

If you have a medical problem after hours or when the office is closed, please call the regular office number 860-744-2244. Voicemail will prompt you for the provider on call. If the provider deems that further care is required after hours, patients will be directed to the local urgent care facilities and/or the emergency room (if deemed appropriate).
