Desiree

Office Manager

My professional relationship with Dr. York began in 2014 when we both worked in the Emergency Room at Johnson Memorial Hospital. We both moved on to other opportunities before reconnecting in May 2019 and now I am the Office Manager for Fran’s very own family medical practice! I ensure the staff has the tools, knowledge, and equipment to excel in patient care while making certain policies and procedures are followed. I do my best to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

I am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management with a minor in communications from Southern New Hampshire University. When I am not working or doing school work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. We love to camp, watch movies, and travel.

Medical Assistant

I am a very versatile part of the team here. I room patients, answer phones and I am the entertainment in the office. You can often find me singing and dancing along while doing my work. If you’re lucky enough to be in the office, you might be present for one of my concerts. When I’m not working, I am going to school and spending lots of time with my friends and family. I am currently part of the fire department in my town, and working with Dr. Francine York has solidified my decision to study nursing when I go to college.

Taylor, LPN

Medical Provider

I started in the medical field in 2010 as a home health aid, moving up to a CNA and finishing nursing school as an LPN in 2019. I'll be the one in the office rooming our patients, taking vitals, lab work, and vaccines, or anything else our patients may need. Our staff is amazing and always accommodating. We always ensure patients feel at home.

When I'm not at work you can find me with my husband and my daughter.
